The artist Caroline Delétoille, the physicist Aurore Young, and the philosopher Céline Boisserie-Lacroix pool their knowledge in an exhibition that investigates ways to perceive, think about, and represent the quantum world, from the Kastler Brossel Laboratory, a renowned center for fundamental research.
Capping off the International Year of Quantum Science, Atelier quantique (Quantum Workshop) takes visitors inside the physics laboratory at the Collège de France. Caroline Delétoille, an artist in residency with scientists, is exhibiting paintings and installations that depict the daily work, actions and imaginaries of the laboratory. A unique meeting of art and science that demystifies the quantum world and casts the infinitesimally tiny in a poetic light.
